- In-stock items: Dispatch within 2–3 days of placing your order.
- Made-to-order items: Dispatch within 2 weeks of placing your order.
Made-to-order items require production time before they are ready to ship. Please allow the full 2-week period for these items to be prepared and dispatched.
Dispatch Time Is Not Delivery Time
The timelines above refer to when your order ships, not when it arrives. Shipping transit time begins after dispatch and is additional to the processing or production period. Delivery timing varies by destination and the warehouse from which your order is shipped.
